Goal: Workout smart without hurting my hands!

FBers! I've loved Daniel and Kelly's workouts for SIX YEARS - I can't even believe it's been that long. So glad to finally be here in PLUS land.

Anyhow, I'm writing to beg for help. I've been dealing with pain in my hand muscles (palms/lower fingers) since November. Docs haven't figured it out so far, but they do tell me not to 1) hold weights of ANY size or 2) put weight on my hands. This means no push ups, burpees, tall planks, downward dog and SO much more.

I've tried to get creative with upper body kickboxing moves to keep strength in my upper body and do as much ballistic/HIIT moves as I can for lower body, but it's sooo hard to feel that I'm keeping up my fitness without EITHER weights or any moves that put weight on my hands. I have always loved the programs, but I struggle to find ones that work for me. Those that don't use weights inevitably call on the weight bearing activities I ALSO can't do. ugh!

Ideas for how to workout SMART in the meantime - without hurting my hands more?
