Sweat Day 17 - complete!

today was one of my most fave videos - the squats and deadlifts workout! i love it because its such a challenge, i feel strong and get so sweaty! 💪🏻

and yes i did the pilates EC - is it over yet? 😂

both with my 2.5lb ankle weights!

as of today my bowflex weights still show a shipping day of may 1st! 16 days!!
