Fifth week of training

This was a good week, hitting six days of being active. Right now I'm losing 1 pound per week. But I finally went to the doctor's for my left forearm pain and I was diagnosed with a type of tendinitis. I'm going to call today and make an appointment with a physiotherapist. It's a good thing FB has many upper body workouts with no weights, as I don't think I'll be allowed to lift for a while.
