Today was a day I listened to my body. Was feeling quite sluggish, and knew I didn't have it in me to do a total body strength and HIIT, so instead I did the recovery workout I didn't do last week, and it felt absolutely amazing! I feel rejuvenated :) Plus putting relaxing classical music on in the background is my favorite thing to do with recovery days. I highly recommend. *breathe*
