I have the dream to become the fittest version of myself that I can be and for me that is completing a full Ironman.
The road to that is gone quite long and therefore I am trying to come up with some smaller goals, to finish first, to keep up the motivation to keep training. Now I already have the smaller triathlon distances but looking for a bit more variation.
So that is my question to you, do you some inspiration for some “smaller” (fun) goals or what are your own fitness goals?
(please no: lift X pounds in the gym (I find this more a measurement of progress than a goal), or lose X pounds.
