Working out is no longer helpful

I used to use exercise as a stress reliever and I felt great, but now I’m bored with my workouts. I no longer feel stress relief and it doesn’t bring me joy anymore. I love to workout, but i feel like I need to find a new form of it. I’m struggling to find engaging routines that I actually enjoy and not just push through them. It really saddens me. I’m not sure what to do now.
