Hello everyone! So I 've quit coffee 1-2 months ago and my appetite has increased way too much since then. I 'm almost constantly hungry, especially at work where we have an abundance of sweets and stuff. I work at a café-patisserie, so you can imagine the temptation, one way coffee and the other way sweets 😆 usually when I want coffee I go for something with chocolate and I 've gained a lot of weight. Not only sweets, I also crave salty stuff. Does anyone have some tips about what to do to suppress my appetite?
