30 min vs 60 min of workout? Please weigh in!

I have managed to drop from 66kg to 57kg-ish in about half a year. At first, I was a beginner, so I only did 30 mins of workout (about the average length of a FB program workout) before I hit the floor, almost dying. As time goes by, I got stronger and was able to do longer, and workout harder by lifting heavier. Weight was going down, so I was ecstatic! Then I hit plateau. To breach it, I did an hour of workout 5 days a week.

Now, I notice that sometimes I'm too tired to do other things... so I'm thinking of switching back to 30 min workout but I'm so afraid of losing my progress.

I came across this article: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/249451#2

What's your two cents? Do you workout for an hour or about half an hour, maybe in between? What works for you? If I want to continue to lose weight, what would be a good plan?

Edit to add: Thank you for your replies! I can't believe I forgot to mention that I have been watching what I eat as well. It's not a strict macro counting, but it started out that way and I used it as a rough guideline.
