Hi, I finished prepping my bf, snacks and lunch for tomorrow and I also added all my calories into my fitness pal and with out my dinner and 3rd snack I have 200+ calories left.
I’m doing the 1600 calories. I don’t know if I need to skip a snack, or go over the 1600 calories. What did you guys do? Did you guys altered the recipes? I need some advise.
