Reducing Bloating

Hello everyone!

I see a lot in the fitness/nutrition community regarding bloating but I wanted to hear some opinions from Fitness Blenders!

I bloat very easily, on nearly an everyday basis, so while uncomfortable, bloating is not an uncommon experience for me. (Now that I type that, it's likely that I'm allergic to something-- I eat eggs, dairy, and gluten frequently so I'll have to experiment with removing those things from my diet to see if that's the problem.)

Yoga is my go-to for when I'm feeling bloated (do a quick Youtube search for 'digestive yoga'!)-- do you guys have any tips/tricks you use to prevent or reduce bloating? I'd love to hear!
