Sweaty hair care!

This may be a gross subject but I would love to hear your thoughts.

Since I workout 5-6 days a week and am getting sweaty in all of them, I have found i have to wash my hair every day. I don’t mind but it’s a hassle because 1)washing hair showers take longer, 2) I’m going through so much shampoo and conditioner, and 3)it’s wrecking my hair!

(Pre fitness journey Id only have to wash my hair every 3 days or so)

Is there any tips and tricks for managing sweaty hair? Any way to keep it looking healthy and not either dirty or damaged?

Hygiene is a huge part of fitness that no one talks about! I contemplate the best way to deal with all these issues but honestly I have no idea 😂😳Like how do I deal with sweaty gym gear!!!
