Moving {houses} and moving {my body}

Today I got in HIIT and strength. It felt SO GOOD. I’ve rested much more than “typical” over the last week and a half. Honestly though, “typical” is sort of a flowing thing anyway - I think having seasonal (and in general!) ebbs and flows is “typical”

The rest (from exercise anyway - moving is not super restful to me) I’ve gotten lately ALSO felt so good! It was difficult to choose at times, but I want to engage with movement from a place of abundance, not scarcity!

It was fun to exercise in the house as it is now - sort of a metaphor: my well being is a work in progress, and so is our home ❤️

So here I am, super sweaty with new floors (YAY FLOORS!) - work in progress!
