My first lizard hops!

I'm doing the FB Plus Burn Challenge and today was abs with extra credit hiit. I like to preview the videos a bit first so I knew the lizard hops were coming, but until the moment I tried it I had no idea what was going to happen when I attempted it. I kind of expected my limbs to mutiny and flat out refuse to even try, so I was shocked when the timer started and I realized I was actually doing it! They weren't pretty, and by the end of the round my arms were barely getting off the ground at all, but I did so much better than I thought I would! I really surprise myself sometimes with how strong I'm becoming. I'm feeling pretty proud! 😁
