Need to spend more time on upper body!

My pie chart on my FB Plus dashboard is very strongly Lower Body! I so want to work on my upper body and have a goal to work on my upper body strength. I've done Flex once, but I had difficulty staying engaged. I always slide back into preferring lower body-focused workouts when I choose on my own how to move my body.

Maybe I just haven't found the right upper body videos to add to my favorites list. Or maybe I should try total body workouts more often to ease into it.
