Fit arms

Hi everyone,

I've been doing fitness blenders workouts since march 2020 with the first lockdown, here in Portugal, Lisbon

Since then I've bought programs and trained near everyday, 45 minutes per day

I've realized that I've ended up with huge not at all fit arms. specially triceps that grow bigger and strong, but not slimmer and fit

Is there any advice you could give me to reverse this situation?

less weight and more repetitions, perhaps?

t-shirt from last year doesn.t fit anymore and I've even embarrassed of lifting my arms: I look like a man :(

No way i will be using dresses this summer
