Which program to do

Hello beautiful FB family.

I have been working out for the last year with you guys and I love it. I started this journey as my clothes were way too snug and I wasn't keen on the figure that was staring back at me in the mirror. I set my self a goal of losing around 14 kg and 1 year in I lost 9.5 (if a procrastinator like me can do this then, anyone can!). I have done numerous programs which I enjoy (some more than others 😅). I am now at a bit of an impasse...I can feel the muscles under my skin but the stubborn, clingy thick layer of fat is still there. I dont want to increase muscle mass I just want to lose the fat layer. So I would love to have your opinion on which program would help me achieve this. Hit me with your suggestions, ideas and what not! Please please help.
