Sweat Day 10 - Complete!

holy moly!

so i did the weights EC first because of course weights are most important to me and yes im a 5/5 video person but star jumps followed by thigh slap jumps? brutal!

i can do lizard hops but ive never been able to do them as fast as daniel- someday! - i also never saw them before starting fb!

and yes i did have my 2.5lb ankle weights on! 💪🏻
