What "healthy habits" do you have?

Hello Blenders!

I can't believe 1/4 of 2021 has already passed! This year I've been struggling to ditch my old bad habits (e.g. binge eating sweets) and it's sometimes hard. However in this post, I'd like to focus more on positive things and be motivated by listening to what other Blenders do for their own health! What are your healthy habits that you are proud of?

I'll share mine first:

1. Instead of taking public transportation or Uber, I walk to any destination less than 1.5 hour away by foot. (I live in a city, and do not even have a car.)

2. I usually use stairs instead of elevators or escalators.

3. I don't drink soda.

4. When choosing side dishes at restaurants, I pick salads and avoid chips/fries.

5. I don't lie down after eating something.

6. As a relatively new habit from last year, I consistently work out with FB😊

7. Forgot to add this: I always have water bottles nearby and drink frequently.
