Food for thought monday april 5th

Oh man!! I ate so much the last 2 days.. We celebrated our son's birthday, had an easter brunch with friends and stayed at my brother in law's place and his wife and had lots of jummy food there. It was a bit too much.. I am okay with that though. I used to get really upset with myself because I felt I was sabotaging myself, but nowadays I can enjoy the moment and I know I will be fine after a few days.

What do you do when you overeat? How does it make you feel and what do you do to balance it out?

I am eating a lot less today, I don't need a lot of food at the moment. Going to indulge in fruits and healthy stuff to get back to normal.
