Silly question, but how do I mark my day as a "rest day" on the calendar?
(I realize that you can only mark a day as a "Rest day" if there are no workouts scheduled for that day, but I went hiking earlier today with a 33lb backpack in preparation for a very difficult hike later this month. I wanted to mark my day as a rest day simply because I don't have the energy for the workout that was scheduled for today.)
Maybe the technical guys can help? @fitnessblender
