Hi People, i experience often a punctual Upper back pain which I dont know How to describe. I take good care of my posture und watch myself in the mirror while lifting. Usually I feel the pain during squats or Reverse Flys I think. The pain/ Sensation doesnt last long but I often will feel it during the Next workout again. I dont know if I Should stop lifting. I want to do something good to my Body and Not harm it.
