Fatigue during wokrout...please help!

Hi FBFam, I was doing day 9 (I think) of Fb30 and it was upper body day, which was a nice break from yesterday's lower body hitt. I was really excited to get into it but I got fatigued really quickly and lost motivation. I had tried to do a teensy amount of cardio (in the form of dance) before it and that burned me out way more quickly than normal. I also had kind of a headache and stomach bug today and had to take a nap despite sleeping 8 hours the previous night...

What do you guys think I should do? Eat some food, get back into it? Reschedule it for tomorrow? Replace it with something else? I dont know what to do, please help!
