FB Burn day 3 - abs burner!

Hi everyone!

Today I did day 3 of FB Burn (round 1) and it was a HIIT and abs day. I modified the HIIT to be more low impact when needed, it was a short one, so it just flew by (4 repetitions though, yikes!). The abs workout, on the other hand... phew! My abs were screaming at me after the first group (out of three) of exercises, there were longer intervals and I am yet to get used to that. Made several pauses on some of the exercises but my abs are still toast. Well Im certainly not disappointed, the BURN was there!

I might be adding an extra rest day tomorrow, if my arms still feel tired from yesterdays workout. Im looking forward to the rest of this challenging program.:)
