Hello!
I've been thinking about this, i decided to just come out here..
So I'm 23, I have a few pounds extra that i would like to lose and i wanna exercise for my general health.
I work full time, from 9:30 am to 6:30 am and I'm also taking a degree wich is from 6:30 pm to 11pm.
Idk how to fit in a workout, cause I'm actually exhausted everyday so waking up before 7:30pm ou 8 is hard for me.
I honestly don't know how to fit it in or if i should
