Pilates success 😀

After having a long day at work and being very tired I decided to push myself to do at least a quick workout to end the day. Today was the Pilates thigh and butt 10 min video. Short video( just the way I like it lol) but I was able to make it all the way through without being frustrated that I couldn’t do the moves all the way. I’m just a beginner in the Pilates and I know it’s gonna take time to get used to it but I didn’t let any negative thoughts get in my way so yay 😁
