So I finished my March calendar today! One day later as it is 1 April but I won't worry about that. I had a good consistent month just took one extra day off from Strong as I needed a little more healing time so I swapped out for something lighter and then caught up today.
Starting week 3 tmr! I have also added in some HIIT to the LB days (short sessions so as not to overdo it) and some pilates here and here as well.
I am already seeing some changes. Am starting to wonder about what to do next!
It's the start of the Easter bank holiday weekend here so today feels like Friday! Happy long weekend to those of you that have one.
