Getting Back at my routine

Hey guys! I hope everyone is safe, active and posivite!

Well, i have messed my diet and workouts for the last 6 months with the current lockdown we have in Europe. I binge eat 6 days and then i restrict for 1 month and then again i fall in the same trap.

I don't have weight gain, but my problem is my guild and the feeling of tired avoiding everything because i see no results and i hate how i look.

Any suggestions would be great, thank you :)
