Morning workout check-in : FB30 R4, Day 8

Hey everyone!

So I did my first week day morning workout today- and boy it was tough! It was a HIIT and lower body strength routine. I think the hardest part was getting out of my cozy bed at 5:30am... but the actual workout was great and I definitely felt energized. Afterward though, it hit me like a ton of bricks and I felt kind of weak and tired like I wanted to go to sleep again. Maybe it was the workout intensity, or that I haven't gotten up that early in the past- maybe a combo of both- but I think this will take some getting used to. By the time I got to work though, I felt totally fine. Actually kind of relaxed.

I will try to go to sleep a bit earlier tonight and see if that affects my energy levels. Is anyone else doing the morning workout challenge? How do you feel?
