2) 2nd week: Core & yoga πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

3) 3rd week: Upper Body & yoga πŸ’ͺ πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

4) 4th week: Full body Yoga & Stretching πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Then "6" days of rest πŸ›Œ
