So I ordered a set of ankle weights last week ( adjustable up to 1.5kg each). They were a bit of an impulse buy, but I do a lot of pilates and similar style workouts and I thought they would make a nice addition.
I tried them with some lower body pilates today and omg the burn 🔥
It was really great that I could get through a workout with them though, I really do think I'm getting stronger!
Which reminds me, I'm doing FB Strong for the first time this April! I love strength training so much and can't wait to do this one!
