Not much change in results

Hi All!

hope you are all well :)

I have been working out constantly with Fitness Blender for 1 year now.

My body has improved, however I cant really see that much change lately even though I am on a balanced diet and work out 5 times/w using weights too

Have you ever had this impression too?
