Yesterday, we highlighted our free 3-Day Flexibility Challenge, and started off with Day 1. Well, here is Day 2 (Pilates Yoga Blend for Flexibility and Toning).
As we start out the week, it’s helpful to remind ourselves that our workout intensity and training styles need to take into consideration our overall health. Don’t choose workouts based on where you think you should be; choose workouts based on what you body needs (and can handle safely) today.
Sometimes that is stretching—and that is absolutely fine!
