Did day 6. Was thinking of working ahead and doing day 8 but my back was a bit sore this am and I should be careful.

Tomorrow if all goes well I will do day 8.

Nutrition was 4.5/5 yesterday.

Seen some loss in inches and mass overall. Not as concerned with the body image piece but do know that this is part of improving my health, so that’s good.

I’m also able to do more functionally that I could when I started working out again 3 months ago.
