FB30Rd4- Program Complete! - next!

so i finished up this program today! it really worked out well with my schedule and i was even able to tack on abs after the workout most days!

i still feel unsatisfied with my workouts so i decided im going to change it up! im going to get up 10 minutes earlier and be ready to workout when my bf gets up rather than waiting until hes done in the bathroom.. then ill have much more time to workout. Also im going to focus more on the workout and less on trying to do abs everyday.

I spent MANY (yes many! haha) hours once again hemming and hawing between sweat, burn rd2, complete again, and some of the 2 week challenges. I finally decided on Sweat to get me through most of april since im getting up earlier and i have the option to workout longer, so ill be starting this on monday!

hurry up weights! (is it may1st yet?!)i really want to do Flex, strong or Fit2 again!
