Working out early problems

Hi people. So for a good few weeks, I was getting up at 5;30am to get my workouts in, as I love getting them out the way. The problem I had, is that I could never go to the toilet properly, and became constipated -tmi sorry 😞 I’ve tried all different breakfasts, and tried getting up at 6am to see if that helped, but nothing does. I’m now working out at 4pm and everything’s working again 😅 Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if it’s common?
