Two challenges and some HIIT

It's our last day in Coco Beach; tomorrow we head for New Orleans for a couple days. I'll probably not have time to work out for several days so I made sure to get some lower body w/o done this morning before heading out to the beach.

After a 5 minute warm up I did Kelli's 100 Lunge Challenge (for the 1st time...loved it) then followed that with the 100 Squat Challenge #2.

After a short break I went down to the gym here at the hotel and did my 20 minute treadmill HIIT workout, followed by a cool down and stretch. Had a snack and spent the afternoon on the beach. Bliss!!

All next week we'll be doing a lot of walking. Maybe I can fit a bodyweight w/o once ormtwi
