Anyone can start the post if they got done sooner than me. I don’t want you guys to have to wait for me if you want to get your post in sooner.

I did Day 3. I would say a good 4.5/5 effort. I took it a bit easy because of a sore muscle.

Yesterday, my nutrition was 5/5. That’s my goal for today too.

In the future, I will definitely have a few days where my nutrition is a bit off track but that’s ok too. 😊. I have just been pretty slack with my nutrition this last year and I’m trying to keep some healthier habits.
