Stairs

I wasn't in the mood to take the stairs (80 steps) this morning. But I definitely will 《climb》those steps two by two next time.

What's your thing in everyday life to move your butt? 😁 Bicep Curls + Squats holding your dog? 50 metres of sprint to catch the bus? Gardening? Intense cleaning up/hoovering?

A good friend of mine accepted to lend me her 12 kg kettlebell. We met at a métro station. I was so exited! But then, silly me, I realized that this monster is really heavy hahahaha I took the métro to go back home and it was like a strength training workout with a cardio interval woven through. Eeekkkkk...
