Question about imprint

Today I did day 10 of the Flex challenge and added 10 minutes abs:

The last exercises is a jackknife crunch, and I find it practically undoable to keep my back totally flat on the ground while extending arms and legs out, even with knees bent. I've progressed with the pilates toe touches though, which I can now do with both legs from table top to the floor with good form.

Question is: am I still to weak to keep my lower back glued to the floor with jackknife crunch, or should I just focus on keeping hips stable while doing the exercise with my back in neutral position.🤔
