Never come across this one before and to be honest I won't be sad if we do not meet again! Full confession I spent a good 20 minutes procrastinating about swapping it out for something else then just decided to tackle it to the best of my ability.

Made my customary knee friendly modifications but even then this was a real struggle . I had to cut the reps and drop to BWO for some moves but I got my version done which is something. I have not tackled a level 5 LB for a while so I am pleased I could do most of it including squat to lunge which is a new ability for me. Something must be working!!
