Week 1 of Strong complete!

Hey all and hope your week has started well.

Today I finished the first week of Strong after much debate on what to do. I am so glad I chose it so far I am loving it although I am at least a little sore all over! As well as very hungry!

Hardest workout this week was a core session, thanks for that Daniel! it was too advanced for me but a good benchmark to try again in the future and hopefully see some progress.
