Making it work

I dreaded today's workout....I'm on day 17 of FB 30 Round 4, which is a Total Body and HIIT combination.

I tossed and turned for several hours last night, and got out of bed feeling sluggish and tired. I was going to swap videos for something a bit easier and more doable, but then opted to just go for it but use lighter weights and instead take the time to really pay attention to form, and modify the HIIT when needed. Oh, and I also ignored the jump squats at the end...☺️

As it turns out, that was the right thing to do. Not only was I thoroughly spent, I was satisfied that I'd got the job done, and done well.

Then I saw what tomorrow's workout is: an advanced core w/o with Daniel. Guess what? I'm swapping that one with today's new FB Plus HIIT/Core workout with Kelli. So there! πŸ˜‰
