week 11 goal evaluation: how was your week?

I am loving my powerblocks! Last week there were quite a few exercises that I did with heavier weight than I normally do. I did a kettlebell workout that also worked really well with my PB’s.

We visited my mother in law again yesterday, she had the bowl with chocolate out again, I had 1 and then none. She gave me a white with pistache egg (my favourite) and I said no. So yay!

My newsletter had a really nice quote in it again, that I wanted to share:

“New goals don't deliver new results. New lifestyles do. And a lifestyle is a process, not an outcome. For this reason, your energy should go into building better habits, not chasing better results.”

My workout routine has been a habit for a few years now, that one is solid. My eating habit is the one that needs to have energy put in. Most energy should go into preparing a healthy lunch, so that I won't be tempted to have the easier, but less healthy option.
