I put this out about a week ago and got some responses.
I really struggle being consistent with my fitness and nutrition so I am looking for ways to be accountable, so...
Here is what I think I can commit to:
FB30 Round 4
-beginning this week (I was hoping that everyone would be doing this together on the same day might not work?)
-we can report here: called FB30 R4
-I will reporting my work outs and nutrition, rating my effort out of 5
-who ever wants to can start the thread that day
-I will only be sharing details about my workout, not a lot from my life
