What was I thinking?? (HIIT before LBS)

So today I had this:

And obviously someone 'took over' my mind and convinced me it would be a superb idea to do a pinch of HIIT beforehand just to really up the ante.

I think I had forgotten just how rough that ST is! even though I had to do some BWO (the knees) I am proud that I made my way through and challenged myself. And, result... turns out I can do forward lunges! who knew! I haven't been able to do them in ages so I must be strengthening my legs. Slowly but surely...

May need to invest in a foam roller I think the DOMS have me in their sights!
