Happy First Day of Spring for those in the Northern Hemisphere,

So I was MIA yesterday. As soon as Savannah left for the bus I was off to town for an appointment that took a lot longer than planned. So yesterday was a rest day and today I will continue with Day 12 of Strong.

It is a butt and thigh strength training sweatfest with Kelli. I am also adding the following cardio workout for EC.
