I've been doing Fitness Blender on and off since 2015, but about a year ago I was laid off from both my jobs due to covid. This really inspired me to start making Fitness Blender an everyday part of my life. I started with the Low Impact Round 2 program a year ago today. After that I did Round 1 and did both programs 3 times until I was confident enough to try Fitness Blender's other programs. Since then I've done both Abs programs twice, both Booty programs, Strong, and I'm finishing Flex next week. I feel so much stronger and I am so proud of myself!
