Unexpected workout - Exercise Battleship

My colleague, the P.E. teacher, needed an emergency sub today for the 8th-grade "on campus" P.E. class. We're a pretty small school, and sometime cover one another, so I got roped in to playing "exercise Battleship" with them.

Every time you missed your partner's ship, you hade to do five jump squats, or ten mountain climbers, or five reverse crunches, or something of that type. Every time you hit you opponent, *they* had to exercise. And if you sunk their ship, they had double reps. My 13-year-old partner cleaned my clock, and I think I worked out twice as much as she did.

So I've decided that I have my "Workout Complete" for today. I'm totally making myself a custom workout and calling it "Battleship".
