I know to lose weight you have to exercise (I'm currently doing FB 30 for Busy People) My problem is eating healthy. I indulge in high calorie foods way too much telling myself "oh I'll just sweat it off tonight or tomorrow" but that is obviously not helping my weight loss. How do you guys do it? How to moderate your food? What are your tips? Or say no to those cravings. Because to me now that is the one thing I struggle with right now, I mean I only want to lose 10 lbs and it seems so close yet so far away. Help please!
