Just what I needed!

This workout was scheduled for tomorrow. I often read the comments sections of the workouts one or two days ahead of doing them, to get a feel for what's coming.

The feedback on this one was so motivating I decided to tackle it today instead. I haven't been able to give 100% to my workouts in the last week because of seasonal insomnia (yeah, that's a thing I deal with every Spring...ugh!).

But today I was up for it. And it left me winded and exhilarated!

I don't like total body workouts that have me doing 2 moves (ex. biceps curls and lunges) at the same time. I prefer to really concentrate on only one move at a time. This format was perfect!!

I just might build a 3 day/week routine using this kind of total body work. Are there other videos like this one?

Now....where's that cookie jar? 😉
